Project Spotlight: Nikola's Pilates

When Nikola approached me, she had a clear vision: to create an online space where women could access her Pilates program, discover healthy recipes, and feel supported throughout their fitness journey.
With a growing audience on social media and a passion for helping women build healthy habits, she was ready to take the next step and create a platform that would bring all of her content together in one place.
The goal was to create an online space that felt welcoming, motivating, and easy to navigate, while also providing a strong foundation for future growth.
The Brief
Nikola's main offer was a 21-Day Pilates Program designed to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through consistent movement and simple lifestyle changes.
The platform needed to include:
A dedicated sales page for the program
Secure online payments
A members-only area
A structured 21-day online program
Integrated Guided Workouts
Healthy recipes
Meal plans and grocery lists
Educational content and advice
A pre-launch waitlist system
Automated email communication
Most importantly, the experience needed to feel simple and approachable for users while remaining easy for Nikola to manage as her business grows.
Collaboration
Rather than building the website entirely from scratch, we adopted a collaborative approach.
Nikola had already created an initial website using Wix Harmony (Wix's AI website builder), giving us a starting point to work from. My role was to refine the design, improve the structure to ensure a clear flow, and implement the functionality required to transform the website into a professional program platform.
This approach allowed us to focus our efforts on the areas that would create the biggest impact for both Nikola and her future members.
Bringing the Brand Together
One of the key parts of the project was creating consistency throughout the website.
Using Nikola's existing branding as a foundation, I refined the design and applied her visual identity across the entire platform to create a cohesive experience.
Every page, section, and member touchpoint was designed to feel aligned with the brand, helping build trust and professionalism while creating a more enjoyable experience for visitors.
Building the Member Experience
The heart of the project was the member journey.
After purchasing the program, members needed a simple and intuitive way to access all of their content.
To achieve this, I implemented:
Online payment functionality
Pricing plan setup
Member registration
Restricted access pages
Members-only content
Personal account access
The aim was to make the experience as seamless as possible, allowing members to focus on their progress rather than navigating complicated systems.
The 21-Day Pilates Program
The program itself was built using Wix Online Programs, allowing the content to be structured into a clear and guided experience.
Each day was organised to provide members with easy access to their workouts and supporting materials, creating a sense of progression throughout the challenge.
By presenting the content in a structured format, participants can stay engaged and motivated while moving through the program at their own pace.
Pre-Launch Strategy
Before launch, we also focused on building anticipation and capturing interest.
A dedicated waitlist page was created to allow visitors to register their interest ahead of the official launch.
The setup included:
Waitlist registration forms
Automated branded confirmation emails
Early access communication + discount
Launch notifications
This helped Nikola begin building a list of interested customers before the program became available.
